We accept credit/debit card payments from all major providers and to ensure you have the best possible protection for your transaction, we do not store any credit card details and all information is transferred over a secure connection. This is likely to be the payment choice for most customers.
PayPal is a fast and easy to pay online, safe and securely. PayPal also provides you and us protection should something go wrong with your order - which is very unlikely.
Prefer not to use a Credit Card or PayPal? No problem you can pay direct by Bank Transfer. Our account details will be displayed to you when you complete your order and once we receive payment we shall begin processing your mosaic order. Most often payments by bank transfer are instant, but depending on your bank could take up to 5 working days so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Despite increasingly few people using cheques today we still accept them, this is because we understand that sometimes the other payment methods might not be suitable for you. Once your cheque has cleared we shall begin processing your order, please keep in mind that cheques do often take up to 5 working days to clear.
During every step of your order you shall be kept up to date of the progress we are making, one your mosaic has been completed we shall send you a preview via email and you can then use this opportunity to change any photos or suggest improvements to help make your mosaic perfect for you. We shall keep on working on your mosaic until you are happy with the final results. Only then do we proceed with your order and despatch.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the final result then we shall work together to see what we can do for you. If your item has been damaged in transit then we will of course replace the item free of charge on successful receipt of proof of the damage.
